Don’t Suffer in Silence
With the cost of living rising, more and more people are finding themselves unable to make ends meet and are in need of some extra help. This is where Olive Branch Aid comes in. Our mission is to provide help and support to the most vulnerable in our communities.
We cut through red tape, reach out and act with urgency.
More than a food bank, Olive Branch Aid offers services to ensure that each of the families and individuals we work with maintain their self‐worth and dignity – things that are often eroded in difficult times. We not only provide daily essentials, toiletries and cleaning products, but also put people in touch with organisations that offer specialist support.
Our support extends to advisory services in areas such as wellbeing and housing matters. We have also begun to run English language lessons from our premises. We plan to extend these services going forward.
It’s not just individuals who benefit from our work. We collaborate with various charities, schools and organisations in order to extend our reach as far and wide as possible.
If you are a family or individual who needs help and would like more information about the services we provide at Olive Branch Aid, or an organisation looking to refer please complete one of the forms below so that we can direct your enquiry. All referrals are treated in confidence.

Workshops &
Further Support
At present there are limited places and access to the extra services we offer, as Olive Branch Aid is independent and staffed entirely by volunteers. We hope to expand capacity and offerings in future. We can currently offer the following help and support to our beneficiaries:
- English as a Foreign Language introductory sessions
- Housing and benefits review
Other Sources of Help
If you are struggling with household bills, please get in touch with your energy or utility supplier, as they will have support measures in place; check their websites for details, or the contact details on your bills.
Other organisations may be able to help too, your local authority may be able to provide extra support in England and Wales, Citizens Advice can provide help and support including what benefits you might be entitled to, and debt advice services such as Payplan, StepChange and National Debtline can offer debt advice and budgeting support.
